Etika marks five years of supporting better governance in Malta!
This year marks an important milestone for Etika as we celebrate five years since our incorporation. Over the past five years, we have remained committed to supporting businesses with practical, thoughtful, and tailored advice in the areas of compliance and corporate governance.
From the outset, our aim has been to help clients navigate evolving regulatory expectations with confidence. Whether supporting organisations with day-to-day compliance matters, strengthening governance structures, or assisting with regulatory preparedness, our focus has always been on delivering solutions that are both effective and relevant to each client's needs.

Our services include regulatory health checks, compliance support, risk management, internal audit, independent non-executive directorships, and outsourcing of compliance or risk officer functions where required.

Etika was founded by Christine and Jonathan, both of whom brought valuable professional experience in compliance, governance, and the regulatory environment.
Christine, Co-Founder and Director of Etika, has built her career across corporate and financial environments, with experience that supports her strong understanding of compliance, governance, and organisational risk.
Jonathan, Co-Founder and Director of Etika, has likewise developed a broad professional background spanning financial, corporate, maritime, and legal sectors, with particular exposure to governance, compliance and risk-related matters.
Together, they combined their complementary experience and shared outlook to create a firm focused on delivering tailored, practical solutions to clients operating in a complex regulatory landscape. Their shared vision has helped shape Etika into a trusted partner for businesses seeking support that is responsive, considered, and grounded in real-world experience.
