ential but need financial back up which the banks fails to provide. On the side of the budding entrepreneurs, SAFE gives them advice, guidance and assistance from successful & experienced entrepreneurs and professionals. The Entrepreneurs or an existing company submits their business plan to SAFE which we scrutinise doing extensive researches relating to its financial feasibility and other statutory compliance required. SAFE also looks into the quality, passion, commitment, and integrity of the founders. The market opportunity being addressed and the potential for the company to become very big. A clearly thought out business plan, and any early evidence of obtaining traction toward the plan. Interesting technology or intellectual property. An appropriate valuation with reasonable terms. The viability of raising additional rounds of financing if progress is made. In addition to the consulting and services provided to both the Angel Investors and the Entrepreneurs, SAFE provides constant access to high quality mentoring, vast networks and inputs on strategy as well as execution.
