nd their environment. Aline Fabing has over fifteen years of research and professional experience working in the natural resource management sector in Africa. Throughout this period, she has been responsible for designing, managing/coordinating, implementing, monitoring & evaluating programmes and projects related to conflict sensitive natural resource management, forest conservation and sustainable development. She specialised in forest governance, forest sector reforms, conservation strategies and action plans revision and development, conflict analysis and mediation, capacity needs assessment, capacity development and capacity building including women’s participation in the management of natural resources and in climate change issues. She has worked with a wide range of organisations and institutions, including host governments, bilateral development partners, multi-lateral agencies as well as international and national NGOs.
