📢 The FV MAAN YU FENG No 168 vessel arrived safely at the Taylor Smith dry dock in Port Louis as per the plan of the salvage team of Polygreen.
The refloating regarding the 3rd and last vessel was carried out on Friday, March 18th with success, after a 12-hour operation, by Polygreen’s salvage Team which ended up with the MAAN YU FENG No 168 being refloated and towed by Tug Boat Vasileios P. to Taylor Smith shipyard”
Operation carried out this Friday 18th March for a several hours.
No trace of oil spill was recorded since all oil was already pumped out of the vessels, weeks ago.
For the completion, extra and custom-made equipment was used during the last phase of operations.
Polygreen Salvage Team completes a competent task of refloating and redelivering to owners 3 fishing vessels after the cyclone, dated February 23rd, drove them aground in the Pointe Aux Sables and Bain des Dames.
As always, it was a collective team effort of the whole Polygreen team which includes local manpower and contractors working nonstop for the success of the completion of operations.
