✨️Recently I have seen patterns that Hurt Us All. Gossip Used to Undermine Reputations, Spreading Damaging Information.

Attempts to Take Others Projects instead of Collaborating and Targeted Social Media Behaviour meant to intimidate.This Behaviour is Unacceptable & Must STOP!!

These actions Do Not Reflect the Strength, Integrity or Vision that Real Leadership requires.

✨️If You Recognise this Behaviour in Yourself ...PLEASE STOP ✋️ .

Consider the Long Term Cost, Trust Loss, Opportunities Missed and the Damage to Your Own Reputation when You Become Known for Tearing Down Others.

✨️Instead, choose a different path..Celebrate Others' Wins, Offer Honest Feedback Privately & Constructively.

✨️If you see someone being undermined, Have Guts to Stand up for Them ...Solidarity Strengtens every one of us 💪

✨️I hope You will choose accountability and professionalism...We all Rise faster when we build Each Other Up!!
