✔️ Maintain employee records and HR databases
✔️ Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
✔️ Manage leave, attendance, and benefits
✔️ Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations
✔️ Support HR initiatives and employee relations

🎯 Requirements:
✔️ Diploma/Degree in HRM, Business Administration or related field
✔️ Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR & payroll
✔️ Good knowledge of Mauritian labour laws
✔️ Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software
✔️ Strong confidentiality, accuracy & organizational skills
