SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
• Diploma or degree holders.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• High organizational and administrative skills.
• Accurate, eager to learn, customer-orientation, proactivity, capability to independently communicate and coordinate with different departments.
• Good and accurate in data entry and filing.
• Well-versed in MS Excel and Word.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILTIES

• Devise marketing campaigns
• Responsible to take, edit and upload photos and videos to our official social medial platforms
• Responsible for writing up contents for public release and our official social media platforms
• Reaching out to current customers to keep them updated on current promotions.
• Provide monthly reports to Management on progress of current campaigns.
• Perform any other administrative and marketing duties as per assigned by Management.
• Undertake market research and establish the best way to reach target groups
• Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
• Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
• Managing office supplies stock and placing orders
• Answer queries by employees and clients
• Preparing regular reports (e.g., expenses and office budgets)
