Overcoming stereotypes and limitations, these women have paved the way for others to follow. As professionals working in high-risk industries, we have witnessed women achieving remarkable milestones from the stunning beaches of Mauritius to the sweeping savannahs of Africa.
However, the reality is that the journey towards gender equality is far from over. Thousands of African and Mauritian women still face challenges like discrimination, violence, and limited access to opportunities. Hence, it is essential now, more than ever, to unite for our mothers, wives, sisters, and daughters worldwide, particularly in this region, and offer our unwavering support to fight for their rights and respect.

Women deserve to be uplifted and trusted as they possess every competency to make their dreams come true and be successful.
