Finance Analyst (Fresh Graduate Recruitment)

Job Description:
 Work with the operations team to prioritize and implement process change requirements based on the operational needs of the business.
 Prepare communication plans for distribution to multiple team members of the company
 Recommend process and technical changes to improve profitability at both client’s and company level.
 Develop and process improvement procedures to improve the operational efficiency and profitability.
 Assist in the preparation of Risk Assessment Reports.
 Conduct ongoing monitoring and periodic review of companies and their products.
 Conduct companies and products Due Diligence before onboarding a new settlement
 Keep record of risks weightage of companies and products for future reference
 Prepare an in-depth analysis of the market trends on a daily basis

Requirements
Degree holder in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Management or other related field.
• Good communication Skills
• Sound knowledge of the Financial Market.
• Demonstrates attention to details
• Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
• Ability to work in team and under pressure
• Good research skills
• Quick learner, Multi-tasking, Time Management and Presentation Skills
• Computer competencies
