📢 JOB OPPORTUNITY | PROCUREMENT OFFICER

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing to purchase order issuance.
• Source suppliers, analyse quotations, negotiate terms and secure the best value for money.
• Coordinate international shipments, including airfreight, seafreight and courier, ensuring timely delivery to site.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and support tendering, reporting, stock planning and management analysis.

🔹 Profile Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics or a related field.
• Strong experience in procurement; MEP sector exposure will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of international trade and logistics, including Incoterms, customs and freight forwarding.
• A valid driving licence will be an advantage.

We are looking for an Application Support Analyst to join our team and provide technical application support to customers, working closely with internal technical and development teams.

🔹 What you’ll do
• Provide day-to-day application support to customers
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve application issues
• Manage support tickets from logging through to resolution
• Escalate complex issues to development teams with clear technical information
• Follow up on incidents and keep customers informed
• Document solutions and contribute to continuous improvement

🔹 What we’re looking for
• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field
• 2+ years’ experience in application support or customer-facing technical support
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills in both English and French
• Ability to manage multiple support requests and work under time pressure
• Knowledge of SQL and ticketing tools is an advantage
• ITIL Foundation is a plus
