Dayforce has been a thought leader in skills development and capacity building in the IT industry. We trained and certified thousands of professionals through Dayforce Knowledge Hub (Previously Ceridian Learning Centre). Key programs like JEDI (Job Experience & Development Initiative), AppFactory partnership with Microsoft and strategic partnership with Universities have unlocked potential through innovative training.

April 2025 marks another milestone as we extended the ecosystem with our SI partners (System Integrator). This new alliance will enable our SI partners to grow faster through highly skilled HCM professionals.
