5 years and 5 months that I am an Entrepreneur & a Freelance Corporate Trainer..

Time flies !! I remember that last day when I handed my resignation letter as if it was yesterday...
This journey has not been an easy one but it taught me so much...

Starting just after Covid - 19 where corporate trainings were completely frozen for almost 1 and 1/2 year was a big challenge...

Fighting stress & anxiety but showing up no matter what because if I don't do it...no one will☺️

There have been many ups and downs...Understanding that not everyone was always happy of my success...

Learning the hard way at times how business works, but always remaining genuine & ethical at all times 💪

When trainings started to pick up...I realised that doing it alone was not the best option and this is where I looked for a collaborator. After 3yrs now, I don't regret that decision😊 (Well I had to be coached before signing that MOU ) !

What people don't see :

- The late nights' work
- The struggles
And so many more...

What did I learn :

* Surround yourself with like minded people...and with people who will lift you up & not drag you down
* You will get many "NOs" but the right client will say Yes !👍😌
* Get a coach & mentor who will support you (I'm so grateful for Bruneau Woomed for always supporting me & Ravin Papiah for your inspiration)
* The flexibility that I had to be able to look after my parents (especially when they were sick) is priceless
* The freedom to pack my bags and travel is life changing
* It's been a journey of resilience and perseverance
* Not everyone will understand your journey, it doesn't matter...

I'm grateful to so many people whom I have met along the way : my networking group, my coaching community and others... (cannot tag you all for fear of missing 1 or 2...)

And above and beyond all is...God always has my back ...🙏❤️👍

It's been a great opportunity collaborating with OBT Shipping
Group during the month of July ! 👏

The sessions were focused on :

* Effective Communication Skills
* Organisational Culture
* Team bonding

The objective of the management team was to empower its personnel in terms of communication skills, re-stating the values and creating team synergy.

Through the different sessions, we could feel the eagerness of the participants to learn from each other, to tackle real issues and move forward as one team !

Together with Honoris Educational Network we customised the programme with real case situations, experiential activities and games and ensured that learning is fun 😎. From the feedback, the personnel shared that right from the first session, they could see changes, tackle the challenges that they had and learn from their peers ! 💪

We can say that the training was a success and we look forward to hearing from them to know how they are progressing !

This was not in my plans at all...But God has better plans for me...! 🙂
What a rollercoaster journey it has been...! Being part of NSTT (Neuro Semantics Training of Trainers) 2025, taught me many things...
- Growth happens only outside my comfort zone
- I had to unlearn and re learn
- I felt challenged at times but I showed up no matter what
- I learnt to be more resilient
Words will not be enough to describe how this journey was for me…

It has been an amazing experience ...14 days of intense training from 09:00 – 21:00 where participants showed up no matter what...Continuing to support one another..and working within their teams and showing care and compassion all the way…(this is what the Neuro-Semantics community is all about !)
This will remain an unforgettable experience for me...And I’m so grateful for my team Dina Adel, Jeffrey Merilo , Slavica Indzevska, Bacem AD, Motshidisi Letloenyane – where we supported each other till the end...Every time some one was missing...we'll look for him....lol (you are amazing guys ! )

Joyce Clever and Jason Schneider , my amazing benchmarkers who provided support, care , compassion, fun, love and laughter all the way so that we give our best and that no one is left behind...Sending you love & big hugs ! ❤

It's been a privilege facilitating the sessions for the second batch of women entrepreneurs, in collaboration with Fondation Espoir Développement Beachcomber.

18 women graduated from this programme and were happy beneficiaries of the grant offered by European Union.

It was such a proud moment seeing these ladies receiving their certificates.

The same ladies who were so shy at the beginnning have grown into such confident individuals, proudly representating their brands & businesses.

All the best makes to them as they continue to make a change & positive impact in our society.

The 2024 JCI Mauritius The Outstanding Young Person (TOYP) winner, Jeevesh Augnoo recently attended his first coaching session😎💪

The session focused on exploring how coaching can help him unlock his potential & challenge limiting beliefs. Through a series of thought-provoking questions Jeevesh Augnoo had the opportunity to gain deeper self-awareness & valuable insights😊

It has been a priviledge being part of the Assist Team in relation to the training NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) for Leaders organised by New Beginnings.

Facilitating group discussions & guiding the participants for the past 5 days was just a great experience for me.

It was learning both ways & seeing how the participants grew from Day 1 to Day 5 was just amazing. Special mention for Sharonne Milner 😊

Hats off to all the Assist Team Leaders who were there to support the teams. Special thoughts for Aruna Pulton, Kareen Ng & Jackie Demetriou😎💪💪

As a Licensed Meta Coach, I recently completed 100hours of Group & Team Coaching by Dr.Michael Hall.

I had the opportunity to assist , train , guide , lead & faciliate 100 hours of group processes & performances with my other 2 Co-Team Leaders Diane Nuteau & Joyce Clever.

I learnt about Meta-Coaching in 2017 by Bruneau Woomed & since then it has been an amazing journey of learning & self development.

I'm so blessed to be part of this amazing community where we learn together, we grow together & support each other.

If you want to grow in life, surround yourself with like minded people...People who will lift you up & not pull you down.

And what I've also learnt is that every Coach needs a Coach😎
