We are known as ZA minerals internationally and absolutely love learning about crystals and minerals, we specialise in African minerals and crystals. We ship our beautiful crystals and minerals around the world through ZA minerals, and supply to resellers in Mauritius. Oy-Ling is the Managing Director of Rock On ltd Mauritius. Adriaan is the Director of Rock On Minerals, South Africa. Paula is our Sales Manager, specialising in Fine minerals. Although we have been officially registered as a business since 2019 here in Mauritius, we only really started getting going in 2022. Adriaan has been in the industry for over 25 years, Oy-Ling since 2010, and Paula joined us in 2017. Yes. There is a Maurtius Crystal Shop with a wide variety of natural crystals, minerals, meteorites, tektites and fossils- in addition to the knowledgeable professionals who run the store! They will always encourage you to learn your geology and make up of the crystals so you so not get scammed.

Oy-Ling has been in the mineral industry for 15 years and Paula 9 years. As we trade and have traded at multiple well known gem shows such as Tucson, Sainte-Marie-aux-Mines, Munich, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Taiwain. As such we have wonderful neighbours and peers in the global industry that we learn from.

Before we travel to these shows we partner with Adriaan to go to the source of where minerals are mined - and learn from those who have direct access and knowledge of how these earth treasures come to be and come to us.

Healing is important, but learning and educating ourselves before expecting a quick fix is fundamental to the journey!

Moldavite! Yes genuine from us and ZA Minerals. No we don’t give out certificates of authenticity. Only handwritten cards specific to the Moldavite you have purchased.

Want to know how to spot a fake? InnerVision Crystals has a great article online explaining what to look for. Do your research. Don’t trust a plastic card or piece of paper than can be replicated. Ask more questions.

If you can get the book ‘Moldavite: Mysterious tears from heaven’ by multiple authors including Radek Hanus. It has great photos of all the localities and types of Moldavite.

Join us this Saturday October 3rd, Akshi (seen here at the beginning of this video) is offering a free mini handwriting analysis for the first 10 customers who shop with us.

All you have to do is come to .mu on Saturday 3rd to make a purchase of your favourite crystal and you will get a worksheet to fill out and send back to .

Akshi will then analyse your writing and tell you 2 things about yourself such as behaviour traits and character.

Why don’t we offer certificate’s of authenticity?

A piece of paper does not prove anything. Especially when you are receiving a specimen or polished Palmstone. We offer locality cards, just ask!

Don’t blindly believe what you have is real just because someone told you the metaphysical properties. Know the geology- and know the provenance/ locality.

Always ask questions.

Anyone can print on a piece of paper. And if someone is photocopying a copy of our handwritten cards? Please inform us. I will not sign my name to something that is fake!

Shop with us at our store near Cap Malheureux on Friday until 7pm. Saturday from 10am to 3pm.

More about us: We exhibit at international mineral shows from Tucson, Saint-Marie-aux-mines, Munich, Taiwan,Hong Kong and Tokyo and have done since 2005 prior to moving to Mauritius. We still exhibit at multiple mineral exhibitions every year- and by being part of this mineral community- we have learned an extensive amount from our peers who are geologists, gemologists, miners, mineral experts and enthusiasts. We also travel and have travelled to the source of many finds in South Africa, Madagascar, Zimbabwe, Namibia and Malawi.

Over the years through our travels we have collected crystals and minerals from all over the world. Decorative stone for shops, restaurants and homes; healing stones for Reiki practitioners and energy healers and minerals, fossils and meteorites of geological interest for the avid science minded person- young or old. Stone jewellery from necklaces and pendants to bracelets.

There is something for everyone- at any price range.

One day we aspire to have some huge statement pieces for you to view in Mauritius, but for now here is a video of the glorious large crystals.
