Job specification:

The job incumbent will have to ensure all payments received are properly recorded and reconciled on a daily basis.
Main Responsibilities
• Capturing entries onto the accounting software
Input data on a daily basis for all schemes in the system.
• Issuing of payments. (Cheques or bank transfers)
• Debtors chasing.
• Reconciliations.
• Processing of daily Lodgments
• Reconciliation of cash clearing on a timely basis
• Perform bank reconciliations on a monthly basis
• Attend to Auditors’ queries
• Any other cognate duties Profile
• HSC Holder
• At least one (1) year working experience in the field of accounting or auditing
• IT Literate (Word, Excel)
• Fluent in English
• Honest & Trustworthy
• Deadline Oriented
• Team Player
• Extrovert
