Job Posting: Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) – Partially Remote in Sodnac, Mauritius
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate should have a relevant educational background, experience with administrative tasks, and proficiency in using digital tools.
Responsibilities:
• Pre-bookkeeping tasks, including downloading invoices from various platforms
• Handling inquiries on Fiverr (after training) using ChatGPT assistance
• General administrative support as required
• Collaboration via Slack and Google Sheets
• Onboarding and training in Sodnac, followed by remote work with occasional in-person meetings (every 1-2 weeks)
Requirements:
• Relevant educational qualification (e.g., business administration, accounting, or similar)
• Experience with Google Sheets, Slack, and other digital tools
• Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
• Organized, proactive, and reliable
• Ability to work independently after training
Work Schedule & Salary:
• Monday to Friday (5 days per week)
• Hybrid model: 1-2 days on-site in Sodnac, rest remote
• Salary starting at 18,500 MUR + transport allowance
