Over the past years, I have increasingly been asked to step in where property and maintenance issues start consuming management time and budgets.

I now offer independent Property & Cost Control Oversight for multi-outlet operators, working alongside existing teams, contractors and landlords — without replacing them.

The role is simple and structured:
• monitoring property and maintenance issues
• coordinating contractors and follow-ups
• reviewing quotations before commitment
• identifying recurring problems and unnecessary costs

This is not project management, and it is not daily site supervision.
