Well-designed residential developments play a key role in creating vibrant communities and enhancing the way people live.

We are pleased to be contributing to Tamarin Living by West Coast Living Ltd, a distinguished residential development set in the heart of Tamarin, where RLB in Mauritius has been appointed to provide Project Management and Quantity Surveying services.

Currently under construction, it is exciting to witness the steady progress on site as this development begins to take shape, supported by the use of Autodesk Construction Cloud platform for the effective management of the project.

We look forward to seeing this project evolve in the months ahead and to the value it will bring to the region.

On Wednesday 11 March 2026, our colleagues from Mauritius, Maldives and Seychelles logged in for the RLB Indian Ocean Quiz, held online.

It was a simple but enjoyable moment, putting our knowledge to the test, sharing a few laughs and taking a short break from the usual work routine. Friendly competition, quick thinking and plenty of good humour made the session a great way to connect with colleagues across our regional offices.

The day also held special meaning for our team in Mauritius as they celebrated the 58th Independence Day and 34th Republic Day of the country with a flag raising ceremony.

During the ceremony, Luis, Executive Director, reflected on the country’s journey over the past 58 years, paying tribute to the diversity that continues to shape and strengthen the nation.

A proud moment to pause, reflect and celebrate the values that define Mauritius.

From shared laughs to memorable moments, our End-of-Year gathering at Le Grand Zil by Zilwa Attitude was the celebration of the people behind RLB in the Indian Ocean.

These moments have captured more than just good times spent, they reflected a year of strong teamwork, dedication and progress, lived through collaboration, hard work and camaraderie.

A meaningful highlight of the day was when our Deputy Managing Director of Mauritius presented a symbolic trophy to our Chairman.
