Two days of connection, reflection and looking ahead.

Last Friday and Saturday, we brought our teams together at Ocean Creek for our Mid-Year Review, two days to pause, reconnect, share experiences and take a look at where we’re heading for the rest of the year.

One of the conversations that stood out was around AI and how it’s already changing the way we work. Our teams shared how they’re using AI across projects and even in their everyday tasks, from finding smarter ways to solve challenges to saving time and working more efficiently.

And of course, no team gathering is complete without celebrating our people. We are especially proud to congratulate our colleagues who have recently stepped into Senior and Management roles. It’s always great to see our people grow, take on new challenges and reach new milestones.

More than anything, the Mid-Year Review was a reminder of what makes Spoon special, the people, the conversations, the ideas and the willingness to keep learning from one another.

Here’s to the second half of the year!

At Spoon Consulting, we believe in empowering the next generation, both on and off the field. 🌟⚽

We are incredibly proud to support the Stanley Government School football team—a talented group of Grade 5 and 6 pupils who recently won the Beau-Bassin/Rose-Hill inter-school tournament! 🏆👏

As they geared up to represent the region in the national final at Côte d'Or, we learned they urgently needed proper footwear. Through our CSR initiative, we stepped in to donate 12 pairs of football boots 👟⚽ to ensure these young champions could step onto the pitch with confidence, pride, and a smile. 💙🙌
