𝐎𝐧𝐞 𝐓 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐧 is an elegant residential address in Sodnac, designed with a strong exterior identity by Architects Studio, as reflected in the CGI.

Its signature vertical arch defines the two residential blocks, while the bridge apartment creates a unique connection between them.

With generous terraces, warm finishes and landscaped areas, the project brings together comfort, greenery and contemporary urban living.

Ô 𝐏𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐭 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐜 — 𝐁𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞 𝐕𝐮𝐞

𝘞𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘢𝘳𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘵𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘮𝘦𝘦𝘵𝘴 𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦

Ô Petit Parc is imagined as a calm residential retreat shaped by its landscape and climate. Designed around the natural topography, the project preserves 85% of the existing mature trees, allowing greenery to remain the true backbone of the development.
Thirty apartments and six penthouses are distributed across five low-rise buildings, gently integrated into the hillside so that from the highway the architecture stays discreet and perfectly blended into its surroundings. Generous balconies, light rooflines and vertical shading elements - supplemented by integrated thermal and acoustic insulation within the apartments, a first of its kind - respond to the tropical environment while creating privacy, comfort and natural solar protection.
At the heart of the neighbourhood, a landscaped park and shared pool become the social meeting point — linked by shaded pedestrian paths that encourage walkability and everyday encounters.

A place designed not just within nature, but as part of it.
