Celebrating World Pest Day, a vital reminder that professional pest management is a critical pillar of public health.
This year’s global theme, "Defending Health Across Borders," highlights a reality we face every day. Pests and vector-borne risks don't recognize geographic boundaries. Protecting communities requires a unified, proactive, and cross-border defense.
As an organization deeply committed to the pest management profession, we don't just view this theme as a headline, it is our daily responsibility. That is why we are marking World Pest Day by translating advocacy into direct community action.
Through our dedicated Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program,"Ehi", we are focusing heavily on public awareness and the prevention of mosquito-borne diseases.
We launched this initiative in close collaboration with the Male City Council, establishing a strong blueprint for urban mosquito management and community safety. Public health is a collaborative mission. We are actively scaling the Ehi program, working to support additional local councils to extend these critical defense measures to more regions.
True pest management is not just about reacting to problems, it is about drawing a proactive line between shared urban spaces and the health threats that endanger them.
Thank you to our dedicated teams on the ground and our council partners for their shared commitment to public safety.
