SEVEN STEPS TO GREATNESS IN ANY FIELD

1) Decide what you want to spend your life doing, and how good you want to be in that.
2) Accept that to become that will require sacrifice and hard work, the higher you aim the harder it will be.
3) Decide what you need to give up to get there, to become great at anything, you need to free hours from your hobbies and release a lot of people in your life who will pull me in any direction other than that of your dreams.
4) Get to work, take time to know what skills you need to be a top performer in the field you have chosen, then spend your time and money developing those skills - and be great at those skills. Mind you, you have to spend your money to learn.
5) Know how to present yourself to the people who need the skills that you have, be ready to prove your competence and never sell yourself short.
6) Be patient with yourself and the market, good things take time. The fact that you have worked doest guarantee that you will immediately succeed, but if you stay focused and keep developing, your chances will increase with every breath that you take.
7) When you start rising, put more work - you have to stay relevant in the field, and that requires continuous improvement.

I think it is always about skills. So pick the skills that you lack and develop them. Be the best at your craft. Be unrejectable!
