When I first started baking fondant cakes were a thing.. Fondant themed cakes were the cakes most customers loved. So a newbie baker! It was hectic.. But I had to learn the art of moulding fondant, which I did... Its been a while since i made a fondant cake. Safe to say I haven't lost the groove at all 🤪

This one goes to this particular customer that doesn't like fresh cream. She says she wants her traditional buttercream. So at Debbie's the customer gets what the customer wants❤️. I don't usually work with buttercream and I am always nervous if it won't melt on me🤣
