2. Customise each CV for each job.
3. Dont lie in your CV like that you know Excel when you dont.

There has been misconceptions on minimum wage and who is entitled to pension vis a viz gratuity. What is payable to domestic workers when they resign or when you terminate their services?

As such, Change Consult has organised a training session on understanding minimum age and what is due to domestic workers when they leave including consequences of not adhering to the law.

Change Consult Group successfully, completed two Trainings focusing on Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Harassment (SEAH) and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH).

The trainings brought together participants committed to improving workplace standards, where they gained deeper insights into:

1. Preventing and responding to Sexual Exploitation, Abuse, & Harrassment in workplaces
2. Promoting ethical behavior and accountability
3. Enhancing safety measures in the workplace
4. Building a culture of respect and protection for all

Participants were drawn from various institutions, fostering collaboration and shared learning amongst participants from MUBAS,
Construction Industry Regulatory Authority
UNIMA, Roads Authority, HESL&GB, COSOMA, MZUNI, RBM, KCH National Cancer Centre, Nsilikali Sacco & Reserve Bank

This training is part of our ongoing efforts to support workplaces to become productive, safe, inclusive, and respectful for everyone.

We launched the 3days training today. We have created platform for experience sharing amongst participants from 11 organisations. The participants for the s*xual exploitation, abuse and harrassment training are amazed of the realization that what was percieved normal, turns out to have been cases of s*xual harrassment or abuse.
On the other hand, the participants for Occupational safety and health have initiated a debate of safety issues in their workplace, realising the risks that came from some of their action or inaction..
