The directors are personally involved in the daily operations of the company to ensure quality and consistency in service delivery. Our Managers understand the Malawi government’s legal and administrative framework for security operations, work closely and effectively with the local Police counterparts to deliver national sound and culturally relevant mentoring in support of our standards
The Alertlock head office is in the city of Lilongwe with intensions to open other branches Blantyre, Mzuzu and Zomba in the near future. Alertlock approach to service delivery recognises that service delivery is dependent on the quality of our personnel. Our process ensures that service delivery is maintained by selecting personnel who are vetted and trained before deployment. After which personnel development is maintained through oversight and supervision
Our security system can therefore be continuously reviewed and modified to meet the changing needs within a contract. The management team is on call, on a 24 hour basis. Training and Operations Coordinator has thirty eight (38) years of experience with Malawi Police Force, Grey Security, G4S and Pro-telligent. PROVISION AND SERVICES

ADMINISTRATION
Alertlock endeavours to combat staff turnover through a more intensive selection process and where possible compensating staff at a rate commensurate for the industry. Once a decision is reached to hire an employee, that person is advised of the company’s standards, expectations, compensation benefits, normal progression and possibilities of achievement. RECRUITMENT AND TRAINING
Alertlock conducts thorough background investigations on every employee; provides in-depth training on security and military discipline, battle combat, security intelligence, customer care, and guarantees satisfaction with every employee placed on our client’s site. Each and every guard that we assign undergoes a police criminal clearance test to ensure that we do not recruit criminals as security guards. The evidence of police clearance for security guard will be provided before assigning the guards to their work stations
As our staff in most cases works in the front office, we ensure that they are given a thorough training in customer care. OPERATIONS
We work 24hours a day with standard shifts in order to avoid fatigue and promote alertness for the security personnel. We have a patrol section that works 24 hours in all our sites. The patrol section is well equipped with patrol motor vehicles and mobile phones. All our managers are on a 24 hour call in order to ensure that our clients are well served at all time. EQUIPMENT

COMMUNICATION
Our Guards are provided with mobile phones. We have patrol vehicles which are on wheels day and night patrolling and deploying guards and dog handlers. Long term contract 12 hours shift per month
