Five 🇨 🇴 🇲 🇲 🇺 🇳 🇮 🇹 🇾 contract group were engaged to clear and maintain firebreak starting from December last year and finishing in may ,2022 one new conservation group (Tingathe conservation ) From Mnessa village was tried and was deployed to clear slopes (EOS) the entire length of 509.42kn firebreak of the previous year were cleared with an addition of of 1.231 km new firebreak length around important cedar regenerating areas in Kaponda and 61.83 km of added but old firebreak cleared .report from rain forest office( Kaponda village.).mmct

Fire Break Maintenance

Five Community Contract Groups Were Engaged To Clear Maintain Firebreaks Starting From ,May And Finishing In September ,2021. one New Conservation Group (Muwonekekere Conservation ) From Nnessa Village Was Tired ,And Was Deployed To clear Firebreaks In Madzeka And The Eastern Outer Slopes ( EOS) . The Entire Length Of 509.43km Firebreaks Of The Previous Year Were Cleared ,With An Addition Of 1.231km New Firebreaks Length Around Important Cedar Regenerating Areas In Sombani And 61.83 km of Added But Old Firebreaks Cleared ,.Contracted Groups Were Deployed
