Resani Consulting Ltd is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Program Measurement Analyst to support Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning (MERL) of programs aimed at strengthening the public justice system to tackle Violence Against Women and Children (VAWC).

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute monitoring plans and ensure data quality
- Collect, analyze and report key data for programming
- Update Justice Data Solution (JDS) database and reports
- Support training, casework, government engagement and stakeholder collaboration

Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Master's preferred)
- 3-5 years' experience in MERL, data management or related field
- Experience in Malawi or comparable African contexts
- Strong analytical, reporting and communication skills
- Proficiency in data tools and databases

Resani Consulting Ltd is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Finance Assistant based in Lilongwe, Malawi.

This is a Permanent, Full-Time, On-site role reporting to the Country Director.

The Role:
The Finance Assistant will support the accuracy and integrity of financial operations through transaction processing, record keeping, payments, reconciliations, and routine reporting.

Ideal Candidate:
- Diploma / Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
- ICAM or ACCA/CIMA Level 1 or higher will be an added advantage
- At least 3 years' experience in accounting/finance support
- Experience with QuickBooks Online, strong Excel skills
- Knowledge of Malawi tax & compliance an added advantage
- Integrity, attention to detail, and confidentiality
