Designer
The Designer will support the design team, building advertising, social and promotion assets for the creative department.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with Creative Directors, Art Directors and Copywriter teams to produce an array of design content for use by clients across digital platforms including but not limited to digital experiences, social media and display media.
1. Work will include photo manipulation, custom illustration, typography, lettering and web layout.
2. Follow creative direction and art direction responsibly and effectively.
3.Work in a group dynamic, and actively participate on any given project or team to which assigned.
4. Uphold graphic aesthetic and integrity of original design while producing a high volume of new assets.
5. Execute multiple projects at once while meeting scheduled deadlines.
6. Maintain a familiarity with apps, social media, digital trends, and other web-based media.
7. Receive art direction and design feedback fluidly and without trepidation…
8. …But be able to speak up and voice your opinion on style and aesthetic, while defending your design decisions.
QUALIFICATIONS
i) Highly proficient in all of Adobe Creative Suite.
ii) Ability to design with pixels and vectors.
iii) Skill with Keynote, and Powerpoint is greatly appreciated.
iv) Skill with motion (After Effects) and 3D (Cinema 4D) is a plus.
v) Ability to draw traditionally for the purpose of storyboards is a plus.
vi) Ability to work ‘Pixel Perfect’ with serious attention to detail.
vii) Ability to work quickly and handle multiple projects at once while maintaining organization - being self-sufficient will be integral.
viii) Open and receptive to creative direction and design feedback.
