🍅 First fruits of the season!

Our subsidiary, Apex Kwathu Farms, has started harvesting their tomatoes – just a few here and there for now, but bulk harvest is expected from the end of this month.

From January seeds to March transplanting to June's first red fruits – this is what patience and good farming look like.

We are proud of the team for reaching this milestone. Every ripe tomato brings us closer to our shared goals: farmer training, community nutrition, and farm-to-school meals.

Testing a simple sprinkler irrigation system today – petrol engine, 1-inch pipe, and a vision for year-round production. This is how resilience is built: one small, working step at a time.

One side of the garden is already tilled. Beds start next week. Winter cropping is coming.

Through our flagship subsidiary, Apex Kwathu Builders Ltd, we offer a simple partnership model for those who have the heart and resources to make a difference, but need a trusted team on the ground.

How it works:

· You supply all materials (bricks, cement, roofing, etc.)
· Apex Kwathu Builders provides the skilled labour — trained youth from the Builders in Training programme, guided by experienced foremen

Two Partnership Models (depending on available funds):

Model A – When Funds Are Available
✅ You pay 0% labour (completely free)
✅ The team provides full labour, custom house plan, Bill of Quantities, supervision, and progress reports

Model B – When Funds Are Limited
✅ You pay a reduced labour fee (e.g., 50%) or full labour cost
✅ The team provides labour as agreed, plus all technical support

Every partnership includes:

· Transparent costing — detailed Bill of Quantities before work begins
· Quality assurance — full technical supervision
· Regular photo and progress updates
· Jobs created for young Malawians through your project
