I’ve spent the week co-training a Radical Collaboration Trainer Certification program I with Malou Laureys in Kingston Jamaica. The was an in-house program training faculty at the University of the West Indies. What a great group. They worked very hard and we are certain they will make a huge positive difference at the University. Congratulations to all of you!

Yesterday I was in Stockholm Sweden giving a presentation to the network of The Human Element Sweden, most of whom are Radical Collaboration certified trainers. The presentation was about the new 2nd edition of the Radical Collaboration book and updates to the RC workshop, and ended with a surprise pre-publication copy of the book for each attendee.

The presentation also introduced the brand new Radical Collaboration Daily Practice online follow-up program for graduates of the RC workshop. It is a 34 week long online program to help cement the skills learned in the RC workshops.

I was in Dusseldorf Germany On Sunday for the first ever meeting of the German Speaking RC trainers network. It was a small but very influential group with big plans for growth. I was honored to be invited, enjoyed my time there very much and look forward to big things from this group. A very special day!

I want to congratulate Yuriana Morgado, Carmina Reyna and Santiago Morales from Gestion & Accion for officially becoming the distributor of Spanish Language Radical Collaboration materials for all of Latin America.

On this Thanksgiving Day holiday in the US, I am feeling enormously thankful that these three people have come into my life joined the RC global family. They have energized the growth of RC in Latin America. It is now the fastest growing market in the world due to their hard work, enthusiasm and dedication to the RC concepts.

We have worked together over the past 2 years to build toward this milestone. We are all so very enthused about 2020 and beyond. One of our highest priorities is getting the brand new 2nd edition of the Radical Collaboration book published in Spanish. We have already conducted two RCTC programs at my home in Cuernavaca and we have two more scheduled for 2020.

Thank you Yuri, Carmina and Santiago for everything your have brought to this global network and for our own very special Radical Collaboration!

Ron Luyet and I want to send a huge WELL DONE, and THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU to Elisabeth Flodin. Elisabeth is one of the premier Radical Collaboration consultants in the entire world. The workshop she just ended in Norway was not only the first RC program conducted in Norwegian, but it was also Elisabeth’s 100th RC program, a milestone difficult to match.

Elisabeth not only teaches Radical Collaboration, she lives it. She walks the talk! She is one of the premier RC Master Trainers and has mentored countless others to live up to her example.

We are deeply touched by her dedication to collaborative relationships and to the RC program and network, and are very proud to be able to count her as both a colleague and a dear friend.
