Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service (both phone calls or emails)
- Full-time position availability
- Excellent, business-like English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Can easily provide clear instructions, both in writing and over the phone
- Passionate about self-care and holistic health
- Exceptional listening skills with an ability to understand customer needs
- Critical thinker with a sharp and analytical mind, a quick learner
- A-player mindset, consistently delivering outstanding performance
- Goal-oriented individual with a proven history of being a rockstar customer support specialist
- Excellent computer skills (Windows, Office, Google Suite, CRMs)
- Organize, self-starter, and is not afraid to take on challenges
- Punctual and reliable, with no attendance issues.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with queries related to orders, products, and payments via emails or phone calls
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve high satisfaction
- Maintaining a positive, empathic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Communicate regularly with the rest of the team and management via Slack/Skype/Email
- Meet required targets and KPIsConvey solutions and ideas that can improve the Customer Service Experience
