The baby bubble for me came as he turned 3 months - it’s when they start to develop reactions, they start to babble & smile.

Unlike the first few months, you are just recovering from the shock your body has gone through trauma so its healing and you need to digest the fact that now you have a human baby to take care of.

Waking up to Tian’s cuteness fills us with a simple indescribable joy. I keep thinking so this is why people love babies. You have just added happiness and more meaning to your every day.

I am still the same though. It’s not like an obvious change to who I was. I still am ambitious, entrepreneurial and want to thrive different.

I feel whole, like I was meant to learn & grow as a Mom and I’m going to continue to develop that version of me.

We just moved into a house in Condesa & hired a full time nanny. I’m cooking something up, defining my new norm as a mom.

It’s sometimes hard to define your ‘value’.
 How do you quantify the positive outcomes of your work? What is that ROI, if you don’t make a return in a $ amount? But effectively transform someone’s life or business?

This question will show up many forms, sometimes in self-value, other times in your proposals.

I’ve noticed an undervaluation for many of us. Creators, Entrepreneurs, Business owners: Where we aren’t considering the true results beyond a metric level.

The unquantifiable value is too often forgotten OR purposely ignored.

I’m saying this because we don’t give it enough credit.

It’s like Branding or Awareness campaigns. Those are the TOF that you don’t make a new customer from immediately but because they connect with you and they relate to you or your brand. That can’t be measured so clearly. But there’s a long term effect that plays a huge part.

Your ideas, your support, your services are valuable. You just need to believe it too.

Let's talk consumer journey -
it's just a matter of understanding:

Where your customer comes from
Where they go on arrival
Their journey to the final stage - conversion

This whole journey, start to end and looped again is the customer experience.

Once you understand this pathway, fixing your funnel will be SO much easier. & it's easier than you think - offer 👉 follow up 👉convert

What do you offer that others don't? What's your unique value?

This is about that zone of genius that you have to highlight about how you do things differently.

There’s always going to be other options, or other ways, but how do you connect & how do you serve in such a way that can’t be denied

Burnout is so hard.

One minute everything is fine, and the next you’re feeling overwhelmed & exhausted. But there’s still work to do, so you keep doing it…

And that’s when the burnout really sets in.

It’s SO important to show yourself compassion and patience. It takes time to heal from burnout and to find the same joy in things as you did before.

But it’s also a time where you can rediscover play & reconnect with people.

There are 3 things that can help you to recover from burnout:
1. Remembering your WHY
2. Learning to LISTEN
3. Getting aligned
