Los requerimientos para el puesto son:
• Specific requirements for the consultants:

Extensive project experience and detailed knowledge in the area of contract management systems and dealer frontend systems for Captives - in particular on the subject:
• Conceptual design of implementation with Business Process Requirement Definition & functionalities
• International roll-out conceptual design and detailed planning
Toothing contract management system and merchant systems with other systems (eg. As minor and major accounting systems, Scoring and Credit Decisionning applications)
• Business Case definition and analysis
• Regarding management experience. The interaction between vendor, integrator and the client (business side and IT side, and Central Market)
• Control of test phases with a high degree of integration (extensive interfaces to systems departments)
• Migration process and in contract management system

Specific know-how in the field Captive operating model - in particular on the following areas:
• Implementation experience of contract management systems with other captives
• Understanding of retail lending and leasing business and dealer financing
• Product and process design in the automotive financing environment
Extensive IT project experience
• Validation of IT implementation concepts incl. IT Consolidation
• Knowledge of state-of-the-art IT architecture approaches the operating model of the financial services industry

Se trata de un proyecto de alineamiento IT, q tiene como propósito construir una plataforma para la región de América (US, Canadá, México y Brasil), donde se han detectado grandes oportunidades de mejora en la automatización de procesos.
El cliente es consciente de q existen multitud de fabricantes de sistemas, pero q no acaban de adaptarse bien a sus estándares. Esto ha generado un esfuerzo considerable en la incorporación y actualización de estas aplicaciones, q está afectando a la consecución de los objetivos estratégicos.
Se pretende sacar provecho de los modelos existentes en US/Canadá para mejorarlos y exportarlos a México y Brasil, y posteriormente a otros mercados latinoamericanos.
Básicamente el programa pretende: • Aprovechar los servicios proporcionados por el Regional Service Center (RSC) para aplicar economías de escala, garantizando los niveles de servicio y excelencia operativa en la región
• Implementar soluciones IT, q sustituyan aplicaciones obsoletas, y q cumplan con los requerimientos legales/normativos y minimicen riesgos operacionales, dando cobertura en múltiples idiomas, divisas zonas horarias y requisitos legales en los mercados de Brasil y México
• Apoyar las oportunidades de crecimiento en la región, mediante la automatización de procesos, y soporte a sistemas locales, no escalares, para entregar valor perceptible a distribuidores y clientes
El proyecto se estructura en subproductos:
• Mejora de las capacidades funcionales del sistema de distribución existente en US/Canadá (autoservicio, integración con la aplicación de puntuación y decisión de crédito) y roll-out al mercado de Brasil y México. Esta nueva plataforma deberá integrarse con el sistema de Gestión de Contratos (CMS)
• Integración del sistema de gestión de contratos (CMS) con una Dealer Frontend Solution y la gestión contable (Subledger Accounting))
