I get questions A LOT in workshops…..like, “How can I work with an Enneagram 8 better?” “What can I do to understand how a heart type communicates?”✨
When learning the Enneagram for the first time….we get SO passionate when we realize how transformational it is and just want to learn how to understand ALL the types immediatley♥️
I think that’s what I LOVE so much when working with teams and the Enneagram. Everyone truly wants to understand each other….beautiful💡
My response is always always always….when starting the Enneagram journey….is just to—Focus on YOU first. Go deeper into understanding your Enneagram type. What your blindspots may be. What triggers your defensiveness? Expanding your self awareness in a kind and observer type of way✨
When we just focus on learning more about ourselves and how we operate….and explore NEW ways to expand our communication, listening, connection, and resolving conflicts…..our understanding of others starts to TRANSFORM♥️
So, the BEST thing you can do for others…..is start with YOU. And….the best thing they can do for you…is start with themselves🫶🏻

A couple years ago I tore these quotes out of a book and stuck them to a wall….where I could see them and they wouldn’t be forgotten♥️
