Today, we bid a heartfelt farewell to Leopoldo Cedillo as he steps down from his role as CEO of Proeza after 29 remarkable years.

Polo, as we fondly call him, has been the driving force behind our growth, and transformation. His leadership has led us to significant milestones and strengthened our values and culture, leaving a legacy we are all proud of.

While Polo has decided to embark on new personal and professional ventures, he will continue to share his expertise as a member of Metalsa's Board. We extend our deepest gratitude for his unwavering commitment to Proeza and its people and wish him the very best for the future.
