3️⃣ Why Post-Purchase Risk is Becoming a Bigger Retail Problem
Retailers are facing growing post-purchase risks as package losses, delivery exceptions, fraud, returns abuse, and chargebacks increasingly impact both revenue and customer trust, often across disconnected systems and teams. As UPS President of Global Digital Channels Dave Hudson explained, the enhancement is designed to meet long-standing SMB demands for simplicity and control: “I need ease of use, I want control, I need some certainty, and I need to spend less time on shipping and more time running my business,” while also supporting UPS's strategy to grow higher-margin SMB volume. http://spr.ly/6180BGHCSC
