🏡 This property was already being used as an Airbnb when we took it on.
The problem wasn't the property.
It was the management.
Poor guest experience. No clear identity. Bad reviews. No reason for guests to choose it over hundreds of other serviced accommodation properties.
We completely transformed it into The Gatsby — a 1920s-inspired serviced accommodation property designed to stand out.
Today it's one of our most successful units and part of the reason we can run our UK serviced accommodation business remotely while travelling.
Sometimes the difference between a failing Airbnb and a profitable one isn't the location.
It's the strategy.
