WIN Constitution
We are a future oriented company that believes in excellence and responsibility at a personal level. If we are to have a quality life as individuals, It's OUR responsibility individually to address our own personal vices and character defects to become healthy so that we not only have something to offer the marketplace (and by extension the world) but also bring out the best in those around us (our families, personal relationships, and team). Starting a new business, buying homes, responsibly guiding a family, or those who are looking to be mentored, staying clean and sober in recovery, getting more connected to your family and community, helping others get acclimated to Mexico; to us, these are the types of things that represent worthwhile goals of the highest honor. At WIN, we do more than just come to work. With the evidence of lives that have already been changed (by following a few simple principals) since we opened our first call center in Tijuana Mexico in 2016, and a solid track record behind us, our faith goes before us. If you feel you have the discipline and don't mind sacrificing a few years of work and personal time to get yourself and your family somewhere exponentially better in life; if you're ready to focus deeply, work your ass off, be accountable to your team, if you're ready to follow today so you can lead tomorrow send your resume to [email protected]
