Slide #3 is the lead sheet, if you don’t have one of these w your marketing company your results are just random and lucky. No data to back anything up or to improve your stats.

There are three things you must do in order for your meta ads to actually perform in today's market:
1. Your ads must speak and resonate with the right type of person.
2. Your form must actually filter out who we want to speak to from that group of motivated sellers.
3. You must have the data analytics to actually understand which campaigns, which actors, which avatars are producing the best cost per offer and cost per deal over time so you can optimize the campaign for moving forward.

There's no other marketing channel that allows you to have cost per contracts lower than $1,000 and have it only take 10 to 15 leads to get a contract. That's why it's the best channel right now.

We’ve consistently seen meta outperform all other marketing channels in terms of cost per deal across all major metro markets or by using the nationwide model.

If you’re spending 10k/mo or more, adding in meta as a high ROI marketing channels can help you bring in an extra 2-3 deals monthly without having to double your budget.

We have clients in multi markets running sub $1k cost per contracts and clients in 1 metro area running 1-2k cost per contracts and even clients in super competitive markets like Long Island in the 3-3.5k/contract range.

And the reason I love meta is because it’s the only platform where I can target people who have a house in foreclosure and are also going through a divorce and need to cash upfront to move.

You can go deep into your target avatar with simple video ads that speak to only the people who you want to talk with.

Nonetheless, cheers, i love meta, it crushes but you have to do it right. So above is a little bit of context for what you must do correctly for this channel to work well.
