Also a nice garden that would be appreciated could be taken cared with the aid of an automatic watering system already installed (it is programmed to water the garden at 9 am but can be re scheduled as preferred ).
The advantage of living in Ramos Arizpe is the light traffic and that you will live pretty close to almost everything: 100 mts from the supermarket, movie theater, church and city high school, 4 min from the airport, 10 min from the industrial parks, 16 min from “Galerias” Mall and 35 min from the Monterrey area, actually a lot of people that works in Monterrey prefer to live in Ramos Arizpe.
The neighborhood is also very new, so you will found new born middle class families, all of them start working very early on morning and return to their homes on the evening, so although the street is a little bit narrow, it is very quite indeed and not mentioning having a garage with automatic doors.
