Do you know about the contaminants in our aquifer? Many different types of contaminants exist in groundwater around the world - physical, biological, radioactive, natural and synthetic chemicals. Our bedrock contains 2 naturally occurring element - fluoride and arsenic. They are invisible to the naked eye. Boiling, chlorinating and most filtering methods do not eliminate them. Drinking excess amounts of fluoride and any amount of arsenic is toxic for our health. Note that for any other use, such as bathing, there is no problem.
