I would like to thank all of our employees for the dedication and loyalty to not only myself but our brand and what we stand for.
It is with a heavy heart that our paths have taken us in different directions, that is for now. what you can rely on is my word and that is I am always here for you, and I will not forget any of you. (well maybe pl***oy but.... I don't think that's possible.
All of you, are the reason I came back to open a call center. Mexico is an incredible country with incredible people who have pride and honor for Mexico and because of you I came back to be that one employer that would do everything for my employees. You gave me the vision, and I stand and salute all of you. You are welcome to post here, this is where you can always reach me. Just remember the hardest thing for someone to do is the easiest thing they will ever do. help your neighbor, don't ignore the homeless guy on the treat and don't pretend he doesn't exist. that just shows your shallow, and you never know how quick life can change, or when the odds might not be in your favor. so why not take those sill 3 second and thank them for being there. watch what happens next.
IIt only takes 1 person to change the world. something I think we all could do better.
If you are a future employer of an former AVI Employee, I assure you they are well trained, compliant and professional. You should not hesitate when they say they worked at either of my call centers, AVI-TJ or ACSI-TJ. These are some of the most compliant agents you will ever meet.
