Today Murphy’s Heating & Air, LLC turns 16 years old. Just want to give a big Thank you to all of our customers from over the years. It’s been fun to watch the growth over the years and looking forward to the growth to come.

Today marks 13 years of Business for Murphy’s Heating & Air today. Lots of ups and a few downs but we’re going strong. Just want to say Thank you to all of my customers, new and old for making us who we are today.

A lot of truth to this

A ship engine failed and no one could fix it, so they brought in a guy with 40 years experience.

He inspected the engine very carefully, top to bottom.

After looking things over, the guy reached into his bag and pulled out a small hammer.

He gently tapped something. Instantly, the engine burst back into life.

The engine was fixed!

7 Days later the owners got his bill for $10,000.

"What?!" the owners said. "You hardly did anything. Send us an itemised bill."

The reply simply said:
Tapping with a hammer: $2
Knowing where to tap: $9,998

Don't ever underestimate experience.

To my customers that have been flooded and any others that were. If your furnace was not hit by flood waters but your duct work was, when the water starts to drop turn the fan on at your thermostat. Leave it on for the next couple weeks. Every couple days spray a couple cans of Lysol into your return air (cold air) while the fan is running, it will coat the ducting and help eliminate odors and also help prevent mold.
