New keys, new space

After 8 years in a shared office space, we’re moving to a larger home.

What started as a small setup has grown steadily, thanks to the the people and the community of retirees who trusted us with their time and showed up ready to learn, and the clients and partners who’ve supported us along the way outsourcing admin VA tasks to us.

The new space means we can finally run more training sessions and welcome more people from the community.

Right now it’s just keys, an access card, and empty rooms waiting for furniture. But soon it’ll be filled with the energy and curiosity that’s made these past 8 years so meaningful.

Grateful to everyone who’s been part of this journey—and looking forward to what we’ll build together in this next chapter

Sometimes the best workshops happen when hearts are involved, not just business cards and not trying to sell anything.

Yesterday, I had the privilege of sharing Virtual Assistant skills with an incredible group - mostly retirees, plus 2 special souls on different journeys.

There was one making a after years away from the workforce in order to take care of the family. The uncertainty in her eyes at the start, gone by lunch break.

And another who stepped away from her career to care for her elderly mom. She just need something to
By the end, it opens up her mind on opportunities as a VA.

One retiree who can curate recipes from any given ingredients lit up when she found the opportunities to leverage on her talents and her skills.

The participants got excited about helping small business owners who are drowning in paperwork.

The corporate veteran who said, “Wait, people will actually PAY me for the skills I’ve been using for 30 years?” Opportunities are out there if they are shown the way.

What started as a simple workshop session turned into something beautiful - people supporting each other, sharing ideas, even planning to collaborate on projects.

The best part? Watching them realize they’re not “too old,” “too rusty,” or “too behind on technology.” They’re experienced, reliable, and exactly what many businesses desperately need.

I walked into that room thinking I was teaching VA essential tools and skills and pricing strategies.
I walked out knowing I had witnessed people rediscovering their worth and potential.

These aren’t just new launching - these are solutions to real problems. who need flexible income. Experienced professionals ready for a second act. People with decades of wisdom finally realizing it has market value.

The room was so energized, they’re already asking about upcoming training. This is just the beginning.

Retired But Not Expired -
Bridging the "Reinvention Gap": Why We Need a New Approach to Retirement or Career Comeback

As a follow up to my earlier post on convention 2025 and conversations with professional especially women approaching retirement or seeking for a career comeback, I've identified a critical pattern especially for Malaysia approaching an by 2040 or earlier.

While many are eager for meaningful " ," they lack pathways to get there of which I call this the - .

Women approaching retirement often experience:
* Strong desire for continued productivity without clear direction
* Anxiety about losing professional identity
* Need for flexible income streams
* Uncertainty about translating existing skills to new contexts

I walked that path in 2017. As journeyed into my transformation from , I've developed and tweaked my - a systematic approach helping women and men transition from "retired" to "reinvented" and rejuvenated with confidence.
