We are currently looking for an experienced trainer/facilitator with strong automotive retail and sales management exposure to support an upcoming sales development programme.

Key requirements:
• Minimum 10 years experience in automotive sales, dealership operations, retail management, or related business leadership roles
• Experience working with automotive OEMs, dealership networks, or sales operations environments
• Experience conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA), operational observations, or dealership assessments is an added advantage
• Prior experience training Dealer Principals, Sales Managers, Branch Managers, or retail leadership teams is highly preferred
• Prior corporate training experience within automotive or retail sales environments is highly preferred
