We are seeking for a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team.This key role will be responsible for driving sales, leading business development initiatives, and overseeing the daily operations of our company.
Responsibilities:
1.Identify and develop new business opportunities
2.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
3.Negotiate contracts and close deals
4.Collaborate with marketing and product development teams
5.Prepare and deliver sales presentations
6.Monitor market trends and competitor activities
7.Conduct market research and analysis
8.Provide regular reports on sales activities and pipeline
Requirements:
1.At least 3 years of experience in business development
2.Proven track record of meeting sales targets
3.Excellent communication and negotiation skills
4.Strong time management abilities
5.Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6.Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
7.Proficiency in Microsoft Office
