But sometimes, the answer is much simpler than complicated marketing strategies or loyalty programs.

๐ The ๐๐ง๐๐ฅ๐ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ง๐ญ๐ฒ who ๐๐๐ค๐ง๐จ๐ฐ๐ฅ๐๐๐ ๐๐ฌ ๐ฆ๐ the moment I walk in.
๐ฅค The staff who already knows my ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐๐ฅ ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ค.
๐ฌ The simple โ๐๐๐๐๐โ before I even place my order.
๐ The ๐ ๐๐ง๐ฎ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ฌ๐ฆ๐ข๐ฅ๐ and ๐ฐ๐๐ฅ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐จ๐๐ฒ ๐ฅ๐๐ง๐ ๐ฎ๐๐ ๐ that instantly makes me feel comfortable.
These may seem like small gestures, but they create something powerful - ๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐จ๐ง๐๐ฅ ๐๐จ๐ง๐ง๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง.
As a customer, whenever I experience genuinely good service, I often ask the staff for their ๐ง๐๐ฆ๐๐ฌ. To me, that is one of the ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐จ๐ง๐ ๐๐ฌ๐ญ ๐ฌ๐ข๐ ๐ง๐ฌ ๐จ๐ ๐ ๐ซ๐๐๐ฅ ๐ฌ๐๐ซ๐ฏ๐ข๐๐ ๐๐ฑ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ง๐๐ - when the connection becomes personal enough for the ๐๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ๐จ๐ฆ๐๐ซ ๐ญ๐จ ๐๐๐ค๐ง๐จ๐ฐ๐ฅ๐๐๐ ๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐จ๐ง ๐๐๐ก๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐ฌ๐๐ซ๐ฏ๐ข๐๐.
Especially here in Malaysia, food is more than just a meal. It is ๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐, ๐๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ซ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ, ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ญ ๐๐ง๐ ๐ก๐ฎ๐ฆ๐๐ง ๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐๐ซ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง. As Asians, many of us naturally ๐ฏ๐๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ ๐ฐ๐๐ซ๐ฆ๐ญ๐ก, ๐ซ๐๐๐จ๐ ๐ง๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐ง๐ ๐ซ๐๐ฅ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ฉ๐ฌ.
