We shared about the Lubeca Jumpform system as an industry first for Malaysia last month. One key benefit of this system is the ability for the building envelope to quickly follow suit. The windows and double glazed curtain wall has commenced installation and is making its way up the towers. This creates a much safer working environment that is protected against weather conditions. Once again, quality is enhanced when workers can focus at the task at hand without being distracted by rain or wind.

Street furniture found around KL is not only composed of benches and lights. There is a variety of street furniture such as utility boxes decorated with colourful patriotic sketches, multi-shaped public sculptures, mini skate parks and mini libraries.

There is also a swing set, gym and glass pyramid structure that also works to give sunlight to brighten the MRT station under it.

This 43 storey AFFIN BANK office tower is expected to be completed this year. It will have a banking hall, a business center with open office layouts, auditoriums and convention facilities, spacious outdoor terrace and 'sky gardens'.

Bollard, or a road milestone, not only serves as a vehicle barrier entering the route and for pedestrian safety, but it is also interestingly designed.

Around KL, there are a variety of street landmark designs, from metal pillar form with Islamic art curl decoration to gravel stone types and industrial steel. There is also a sphere-shaped design decorated with a variety of bright colours and cartoon painting of the capital KL.

Other than its usefulness to ensure public safety, it can also be used as a bench to relax for a while, as well as designed with details that focus on users of disabilities (OKU) so that they are more confident and comfortable to tour around the city centre, whether for daily affairs or relaxing and walking around.

Pada edisi kali ini, kita bersama Instagrammer menerokai keindahan kawasan kejiranannya yang terletak di sekitar ibu kota ketika keluar beriadah di kala PKP.
Keadaan kejiranan KL pada ketika ini agak sunyi dan menenangkan ditambah dengan cuaca yang redup dan mendamaikan. Dalam masa yang sama, ianya sudah menjadi norma baharu dimana KL tidak lagi terlalu sibuk dengan kepadatan kenderaan serta rakyatnya yang kini lebih banyak menghabiskan masa di rumah.
