• Handle all aspects of corporate secretarial duties and functions in compliance with the statutory requirements
• Manage a portfolio of companies with minimum supervision from superior and assist junior staff on any matters
• Preparation of resolutions, minutes, annual returns and statutory documents, updating register book, lodgement/submission of statutory documents to SSM and transfer of shares submission to LHDN
• Liaise with auditors, lawyers, bankers, directors and shareholders on any matters
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when required
