• Responsible for full spectrum of payroll management; processing wages, bonus, allowances, overtime, deductions, advance salary, and others.
• Prepare and review monthly payroll and leave reports and other relevant documents accurately.
• Liaise with relevant bodies for monthly statutory submission and related issues.
• Ensure proper documentation of payroll documents and safe keeping of employee personal files.
• Update and maintain employees’ records orderly and correctly in the database and fling system.
• Ensure all the documents and reports are filled in orderly and timely manner.
• Generation of letters such as letter of offer, confirmation, promotion, and acceptance of resignation, transfer, memo and reports related to HR.
