Good news for companies. The Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) has extended the exemption period for late submission fees on Financial Statements and Audited Reports filed via MBRS 2.0.
๐Ÿ—“๏ธNew exemption period: 1 October โ€“ 30 November 2025
Submit your audited financial statements by 30 November 2025 to avoid late filing fees.
Important Notes:
โšซNo Extension of Time (EOT) needed
โšซApplies only to companies under MBRS 2.0 Phase 3
โšซCompanies with approved EOTs are not eligible
